The karate course offered by Kamind Sports Academy Limited is taught by Coach WU Lok-man of Hong Kong Shitoryu Karate Ken Kai. Due to the impact of the epidemic in 2020, Coach WU discovered that many coaches were forced to temporarily close. So she pop up an idea of creating a new dojo.

In December 2020, Coach WU and her junior Coach LEUNG Shing-ho rented a unit in a commercial building in Tsuen Wan, and named the center Kamind Sports Academy Limited based on the karate term "Kamae" (ready). At the same time, it can also encourage more coaches to start their own businesses, thereby promoting karate to the community.
