About Me

WU Lok-man, Lulu started practise karate since 1999 in Hang Seng Dojo of Hong Kong Seigokan.  Her first coach is Sensei YAN Man-cheuk, instructed by Sensei FUNG Wa-keung.

 

Lulu is a qualified coach in Hong Kong Shitoryu Karate Ken Kai (HKSKKK), having more than 10 years of experience in coaching and has participated in various international and local competitions. She is currently training as an Elite Athlete in the Hong Kong Sports Institute (HKSI), where Kata is her main focus area of development. Lulu is often described as a well-rounded karate player, earning this title by achieving Champion in different categories such as Individual Kata, Team Kata and Team Kumite.

Her achievements and dedication to Karate has inspired her to coach karatekas across all ages, building up their interests and knowledge in this sport. Her experience in coaching has equipped her with active listening skills, quick thinking and the ability to provide individualized guidance to her students based on their different learning curves. She is also able to carefully select talented and passionate students and focus on advancing their skills, bringing their standards to greater heights.
